(1) Application

This machine integrates magnetizing machine and testing machine into one machine, greatly reducing working stations and saving labor. It is used to do magnetization and magnetic flux test of the brushless motor rotor. Machine adopts a multidimensional motor module and high-quality components to control the accuracy of the action, advanced measurement technology and sampling technology to ensure quality. All the parameter of workpiece can be programmed on the touch screen. Machine is easy to operate and adjustable for different model numbers by changing fixture.

(2) Operation step

• Put workpiece on the fixture. Press start button by two hands.
• Pressing rod will move to the top of workpiece, then press workpiece downward to enter the middle position of the magnetizing head.Then machine will do automatic magnetization and magnetic flux test.
• After tested, pressing rod will press workpiece upward, then move away.
• Mechanical arm will clamp workpiece and carry it to the unloading area.
